Registration Listing

RYAA PeeWee Soccer 2025

Divisions:

Ages 3-4 (games held on Tuesday’s)
Ages 5-6 (games held on Thursday’s)
Ages 7-8 (games held on Wednesday’s)

Requirements:

Players must wear shin guards for all practices and games.
Cleats are optional, but are recommended.
Players will need to have a #3 soccer ball.

All players will receive a team shirt.

Games:

Will be held at the Rochester Park soccer fields.
Practices will start around 5:45 pm, and games begin around 6:00 pm.
4U will play (4) seven-minute quarters.
6U and 8U will play (4) 10-minute quarters.

Coaches

The RYAA Soccer league always needs coaches. You do not need to have any knowledge of the rules of soccer; just have a heart for children.

All the coach needs to do is occasionally send out an email to their team, set up snacks for after games (if that is something you want to do), and be at the soccer field to help guide the players to the goal.

As teams are formed, and if there are not enough coaches, the Soccer Coordinator will send out an email to all the parents asking for volunteers. If no one volunteers, the Soccer Coordinator will send a message out to the team that does not have a coach and have them decide amongst themselves who will be the coach.

Spring Registration:

Starts on January 1^st and ends March 15^th.
A late registration fee of $20 is added after March 15^th.
Games start the first week of April and play through mid-May.

Note: the Spring soccer overlaps with the beginning of T-ball. We do everything we can to accommodate players signing up for T-ball.

Fall Registration:

Starts on July 1^st and ends August 15^th.
A late registration fee of $20 is added after August 15^th.
Games start the first week of September and play through mid-October.

RYAA Baseball/Teeball 2025

Boys Baseball and Co-Ed Teeball

Divisions: Teeball (ages 5 and 6, must turn 5 before 9/1/2020), 8U (ages 8 and under), 10U (ages 10 and under), 12U (ages 12 and under), 14U (ages 14 and under)

PARENTS: Last year we had reports of parents lying about their kids ages in order to play teeball. Players must be 5 before 09/01/2020. RYAA will remove any players found to be under the age limit!! We CANNOT have players outside the age restrictions for insurance liability!!

Registration: Starts January 1st and ends March 1st. A late fee applies for registrations after February 15th.

Practices: start in April

Games: are played in May and June.

- Teeball games are held in Rochester and Mechanicsburg.

- 8U games are held in Rochester against other RYAA teams.

- 10U, 12U and 14U games are held in Rochester, Springfield, and the surrounding area. League TBA .

All players are required to have their own glove. Bats, balls, helmets and other equipment will be provided.

All players will receive a Jersey and Hat with registration. Pants, Cleats, Belts, and Socks are not provided.

If you are unable to register your player for the desired division (i.e. 6 year old with prior t-ball experience who wants to play 8U coach pitch), please reach out to our baseball coordinator at the email below. “Playing up” will be considered on a case by case basis to ensure each player can have a successful and safe season.
